Rocio Vidal is a licensed architect in California and Wisconsin, an AICP-certified urban planner, and a LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) with over 20 years of experience shaping complex, large-scale projects across the United States, Asia, and the Middle East.

Her work operates at the intersection of architecture, urban planning, and environmental design, with a focus on mixed-use developments, community-scale master plans, and multidisciplinary design systems that integrate sustainability, feasibility, and long-term urban impact.

With academic training in architecture and urban planning, complemented by studies in economic and real estate development, Rocio approaches projects through a systems-level lens—aligning design vision with regulatory frameworks, constructability, and strategic development goals.

Her expertise spans residential and commercial architecture, landscape integration, environmental and graphic design, city-scale wayfinding systems, GIS and feasibility studies, and construction documentation. Throughout her career, she has contributed to projects ranging from individual buildings to district-scale developments, consistently bridging creative design with technical rigor.

Rocio’s work is driven by a commitment to innovation, efficiency, and thoughtful development. She is particularly interested in advancing the integration of design, data, and emerging technologies to create more intelligent, responsive, and sustainable built environments.
